The blade contour cutter is a kind of complex shape cutter,which is suitable for flexible foam,sponges and latex. The blades cut in high-speed vibrating, so it will work faster and the surface of foam will be very smooth,and also there is no dust during cutting work.

All the machines are driven by the remarkable profiler software ,which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block.
